IOANA's DRAWINGS

Many years ago, when I decided to enter the architectural profession, I began by taking drawing lessons. I first learned to draw in black pencil: shapes, shades and shadows are all part of geometry and I love mathematics so the two complemented each other perfectly. In time, I found that sketching in ink suits my drawing style although it is quite merciless, you can't erase mistakes. Same goes for watercolour. More recently, I've discovered that watercolour pencils, pastels and markers combine various effects and add a lot of fun to drawing. Here are some samples of all kinds, enjoy!
