WELCOME TO MY ART!

I am an architect-turned-artist who has extensively traveled and currently living in Ottawa, Canada. My strong background in architecture, history and technology is complemented by a deep love for gardening and teaching. My drawings and activities reflect all these passions. I have sold my drawings and paintings directly to clients, as well as donating some for humanitarian and community causes.

It gives me great joy to draw houses, as they hold both memories and hopes for the future. I am very happy that my clients, too, enjoy the house portraits I created for them. My sketching of heritage sites complements the house drawings by looking at the larger societal trends throughout history from the same viewpoint. My preferred media are ink, pencil and watercolours. Along with sketching houses, I offer consultancy as to researching their architectural history and creating reconstructions of former architectural features which may have been removed.
